Vasa, an eminent lawyer, has successfully contributed his collective experiences in diverse fields, including Law, Taxation, Property related matters, Investment advisory and Financial Engineering, and Risk Management to cater to the needs of the clients. Mr V. P. Kothari, Chartered Accountant, is one of the founder partner of the firm in 1975. Mr M V. Kothari, Fellow Chartered Accountant and the youngest partner of the firm. Young chartered Accountant, joined the firm from 2005 after completing his articleship from N.M.Raiji & Co and enriched with all type of audits and various legal compliances. He has experience in the areas of finance, commercial, banking, accounts, audit, taxation, legal, project execution and general management. He has command on financial audits and compliances with Banks and recognized Stock exchanges.
